Apple Chips

Ingredients
3 apples
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line two trays with baking paper.
Wash the apples then pat dry. Slice into thin rounds.
Arrange apple slices in a single layer on the trays and sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon. Cook for about 2 hours, or until apple slices are dehydrated and crispy, but not too colored.
Allow to cool and store in an air-tight container.
