Apple Donuts

Ingredients

  • 3 apples

  • ¼ cup peanut butter

  • ¼ cup chocolate hazelnut spread

  • 4 Tbsp cream cheese

  • 1 lemon, halved

Directions

  1. Core and slice apples into thick, even shaped rings. You should get about 4 from each apple.

  2. Pat each side dry with a paper towel.

  3. Add spreads (peanut butter, chocolate, or cream cheese) into piping bags or use a teaspoon to top each apple slice.

  4. Decorate with your favorite toppings.
